The town of Aiguillon is located in the Department of Lot and Garonne (South West of France). The Region is renowned for its landscapes, its gastronomy and its warm welcome.

Easy train access: SNCF station on the Bordeaux-Agen-TER line.

By car: 5 kms from the A62 motorway halfway between Bordeaux and Toulouse, (exit Aiguillon).

Festival dates:

October 9-24, 2021: Exhibition of Watercolors (3 rooms),

October 15-16-17, 2021: Exhibition of travel logbooks and all-technical travel-related paintings (2 rooms).

The 5 exhibition halls are close to each other, (walking route), they host the works of fifty watercolorist artists and notebookists. Most of them already have national or international notoriety. We also encourage the emergence of news talents.

Encouragement prize: 2000 € prizes are awarded to artists, (adult jury and jury of high school students). 80% of artists are renewed each year. The Festival also has pedagogical virtues: the possibility of training through workshops and free demonstrations..., also for young people in schools of Lot and Garonne, in connection with the National Education and the Departmental Council.

Activities: Beyond the exhibitions, many activities are offered during the festival, in particular Le Sketchcrawl International, which contributes to the fame of the Festival.
