I Exhibition of watercolorists from October 9 to 24, 2021.

2 Exhibition of carnettists from October 15 to 17 inclusive.



An artist can claim to exhibit at the same time with watercolor artists and with book artists. Image and Image rights: The artist authorizes the association to use the images of his paintings to promote the “Confluences” Festival and for the creation of a catalog. The images you send for jury selection must be of good quality, one of them will be used in the catalog if you are selected.


By registering, you authorize, free of charge, the Municipal Animation Center (CAM), an association law 1901, registered under Siret number: 34122611600018 whose head office is located 1 rue de Visé in Aiguillon to use the photographic documents representing you and representing your works on all digital media and on websites linked to the association (CAM). You agree not to exercise any subsequent recourse in the event of dissemination of these images.


You declare on your honor that the works transmitted as part of the "Confluences" FESTIVAL are original and the fruit of your work as an artist. You also guarantee the association (CAM) the peaceful enjoyment of photographic documents. Choice of works: The painter exhibits the paintings which were chosen by the commission during the selection, 4 to 7 are exhibited according to format, 1 or more are put in reserve to complete the exhibition in the event of sale.


Exhibitions and internships: The artist who exhibits at the “Confluences” Festival undertakes not to exhibit in another place, within a radius of 50 km for the duration of the show. The artist who exhibits at the "Confluences" fair undertakes not to organize an internship within a radius of 50 kms for a period which begins one week before the fair and which extends until 1 week after the closing of the fair. .


Deposit of works: The deposit of paintings will take place on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 7, 2021 before 6 p.m. We will tell you in which room.


Hanging fee: The selected artists must pay the hanging fee for their works: 70 euros for 4 to 7 paintings and 1 or more in reserve (this sum corresponds to a membership of 20 € to the association and 50 € which are redistributed in the form of prizes awarded by the jury (s), the exhibition catalog is free


Demonstration in the exhibition rooms (small formats): the artists have the possibility of producing in public, in the exhibition rooms, small format watercolors (maximum format 15 cms X 30 cms or smaller). These sales are subject to the same conditions as the sale of large watercolors (15% of the sale goes to our association).


Demonstration filmed at the cinema: Regarding the demonstrations filmed and projected live on the cinema screen, the watercolor produced may be sold by the artist who will recover the entire sale (no percentage for the 'association). Hanging: The choice of location is made solely by the organizers, in no case by the artists. The guest (s) of honor exhibit more paintings as requested by the organizers, same thing in the case of a particular tribute paid to a painter. Inauguration: It will take place on Saturday October 10, 2020 at 3:45 p.m. at the cinema.


Incentive prizes: Cash prizes (2000 €) will be awarded to several professional and non-professional artists and, if necessary, material will be offered. The jury will meet at the start of the Festival, the prizes will be awarded during the opening ceremony of the Festival, in the presence of the personalities. Its decisions will be final and without comment.


Custody of the exhibition: Custody of the exhibition is scheduled every day from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Sunday and public holidays included) In the morning, visits are accessible to schools and groups by appointment from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Artists are invited to help us.


Responsibility: Under no circumstances will the association be held responsible in the event of damage or theft or any other case affecting the work. No complaints will be accepted. The insurance of paintings remains the exclusive business of artists, it is advisable to take out personal insurance. Price of the paintings: The prices are announced including framing, the association recovers 15% on sales. Payment of sales: Payment for paintings will be made by check or by bank transfer (please send us an RIB as soon as you are registered). Dropout: It will take place on Sunday 24 October, from 5.30 p.m.



Carnettists exhibition October 15 to 17, 2021: Carnettists must be present at Aiguillon during the three days of the exhibition, that is to say and Friday 15 (all audiences + schools), Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 October (all audiences + dedications) . Non-stop hours during the 3 days from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.


Obligation to participate: To exhibit, the bookmaker must present notebooks that have been edited, therefore put on sale (self-publishing is accepted). Registration fee: Free, you can also exhibit paintings, all techniques, but in connection with your travel diaries (4 grids per artist, 10 or more for guests of honor). The carnettist can also sell other products (postcards, framed reproductions only…). Each carnettist will have his stand with table and grids dressed in black fabric + chains and hooks.


Deposit of travel diaries: Installation will take place in the reception hall behind the town hall (place du 14 Juillet) or room Roger Daguerre, (Place Lunac): Thursday, October 14, 2021 before 4 p.m. At the end of the 3 days of exhibition, the carnettist leaves with his equipment


Accommodation: The carnettist can be accommodated free of charge with a family (overnight stays) if he so requests, and subject to availability. (We will give priority in chronological order of requests) Sale of products: Our association recovers 15% on all products sold. Payment by check or bank transfer on provision of an RIB upon registration.
